Bratz Font is a bold and bouncy comic typeface that can be used for a wide range of creative designs. It is ideal for funky quotes, social media posts, DIY crafts, children’s books, logo designs, and more.
How do I get Bratz font?
Originally introduced in 2001, the Bratz line of fashion dolls quickly gained popularity and was one of the largest competitors to Barbie, which had been the toy industry’s queen of the shelf since 1959. Designed and manufactured by MGA Entertainment, the dolls are sold around the world.
In July 2015, bratz font relaunched with a new main character and a new slogan in an effort to appeal to younger girls than its original target audience of tweens and teens. This new version also had a shorter body height of 10″ (25 cm) and changed the head molds.
After this re-branding, MGA stopped selling Bratz products in North America, but it continued to sell its e-commerce site and merchandise in other regions. On May 20, 2017, MGA Entertainment CEO Isaac Larian announced the third relaunch of Bratz, a collaboration with fashion designer Hayden Williams.
As the brand was being developed, MGA had to pause production in order to avoid a potential legal suit from Mattel, which has sued MGA for alleged trademark infringement. The lawsuit stemmed from the fact that Mattel claims that the original Bratz dolls were a direct competitor to its Barbie dolls.
